Q. Do you allow pets?
A. No, but we do allow service dogs and companion animals with proper documentation.

Q. Do we get reserved parking?
A. We allow one parking permit per apartment as long as the vehicle is registered to a lease holder. Parking is not reserved, but is first come, first serve.

Q. What about visitor parking?
A. We have only one visitor parking space available, but there is plenty of on-street parking.

Q. Are there washers and dryers in the apartment homes?
A. Yes! Each home includes a washer and dryer. 

Q. Is there an elevator?
A. Yes, we do have an elevator that goes to all four floors.

Q. Is there a trash room?
A. We do have a main trash and recycling room on the first floor. 

Q. What utilities are included with rent?
A. Water, sewer, and garbage are included.

Q. Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
A. Absolutely!

Q. Is my rent based off of my income?
A. No, rent prices are set. Our income restrictions are based on the total annual income for the household.
